Make Christmas Brighter: Landmark Church Rallies for Ocean City Families This Christmas

For many, the joy of the holidays is overshadowed by the stress of purchasing gifts. The Landmark Church and the OCNJ Local are teaming up to help ensure every child in our community has a gift to open this Christmas morning.

Landmark Church, in coordination with the City of Ocean City, local schools, and community organizations, has identified approximately 40 families in need this holiday season. Many of these families are caring for multiple children, ages newborn to 17.

How to Participate

The process is simple: individuals/groups can visit Landmark Church to pick up a tag for a child. The tag will detail the child’s age and general gift need.

Tags can be picked up at Landmark Church, located on the corner of 8th Street and West Avenue, during the following times:

If you are unable to visit the church during the listed hours, you can still participate by reaching out to the OCNJ Local to coordinate an adoption: Email: [email protected] or respond to the upcoming social media posts this week.

The success of this drive depends on the timely return of gifts. All gifts are due back at Landmark Church no later than December 10th. Gifts can be returned at the same time that tags can be picked (see above). Please return gifts unwrapped with the original child’s tag securely attached.
