Looking to kickstart your summer fitness routine, sample healthy local products, or just try something completely new like “Laughter Yoga”?

The annual Ocean City Health and Wellness Expo returns to the Ocean City Music Pier on Sunday, June 14. Hosted by the OCNJ Healthy Living Advisory Council, this free, family-friendly event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is open to residents and visitors alike.

The expo aims to showcase Ocean City’s vibrant health and recreation culture, taking advantage of the iconic boardwalk backdrop to connect attendees with regional wellness experts, fitness instructors, and local vendors.

Free Fitness, Fun, and Fashion

Throughout the four-hour event, attendees can participate in a variety of free, interactive fitness demonstrations and specialized classes. Whether you want to break a sweat or test your rhythm, the event lineup offers a diverse range of activities:

11:15 AM – Drum Fit: A high-energy drumming workout that combines cardio with rhythm.
12:00 PM – Functional Mobility Stretch: Focus on joint health, flexibility, and moving better for everyday life.
12:45 PM – Laughter Yoga: A unique practice combining unconditional laughter with yogic breathing.
1:30 PM – Hula Hoop: A fun, core-burning nostalgic workout.
2:15 PM – Athleisure Fashion Show: Checking out the latest trends in activewear and comfortable local styles.

Health Screenings & Kids’ Corner

In addition to the scheduled classes, the Music Pier will be packed with health food and wellness product vendors. Representatives will be on-site to provide free health resources, including blood-pressure screenings.

Families can also take advantage of a dedicated Kids’ Corner, ensuring the little ones have plenty of engaging, healthy activities to keep them moving.
